Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agent of My Own ("AOMO", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit agentofmyown.ai, request an invitation, or use our managed AI agent service (the "Service"). Privacy is a core part of the product: each customer's agent runs in its own isolated workspace, and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Invitation requests. When you submit the form on our site: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, and the description you provide of what you want your agent to do.
• Customer and service data. If you become a customer: the messages you exchange with your agent, files and documents you share with it, and data from systems you choose to connect (for example a CRM, accounting or e-commerce platform), as configured with you during onboarding.
• Technical data. Standard infrastructure logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability. Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

2. How we use information

• To evaluate invitation requests and respond to you.
• To set up, operate, maintain and improve your agent and the Service.
• To provide support and communicate with you about the Service.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another customer.

3. AI processing

Your agent works by processing your content through leading AI model providers under commercial agreements. Under those agreements, your content is not used to train the providers' publicly available models. Content is transmitted to model providers only as needed to operate your agent.

4. When we share information

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Service — such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, AI model providers, productivity and email platforms, and messaging platforms (for example WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and subject to Meta's own terms and privacy practices). We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this Policy would continue to apply to the transferred data.

5. Data retention

• Invitation requests: kept while we evaluate them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Customer data: kept for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation you may request an export; we then delete workspace data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
• Technical logs: kept for short, rolling periods consistent with security practice.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including isolated per-customer workspaces, encryption in transit, least-privilege access to systems, and human approval requirements for sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a design principle of the Service, not an afterthought.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you use the Service from other countries, your information will be processed in the United States and in the locations where our providers operate.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at max@agentofmyown.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will give notice on our website or by email before it takes effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
